Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Was a bit disappointed that it's not authentic Hunan cuisine. More like Sichuan food..."
"Best Sichuan restaurant in town. Flavors are incredible, worth a try."
"Food was really really yummy and even though we came really late, the staff were still really considerate and very helpful. So good would absolutely come back again!"
"Finish all dishes in one go. Fair price and large portion"
"Had hot intestine stew and received a bowl of side dishes with only pieces of intestine. Salt and pepper pork ribs were too dry…"
"Very good food and great service. Make sure to try the fried rice!"
"I have been coming here for a while. Instead of ordering I ask the chef to create me something special. Every single time he creates something amazing and never missed the beat. 10/10. Unlike typical Chinese, this is something different and beautiful. Don’t know what region of China but it’s damn good. It’s a family run business and u can see that in their service and quality. Highly recommended."
"This is a Hunan restaurant featuring chili dishes. Very large portion is served here which is also reflected by the price. The dishes were pretty tasty. My main issue are a lack of wokhei which is a signature of Hunan cuisine, gamy chicken and too much MSG in the devil’s egg. The fried wings were great. The rice was properly dry. Overall I had a good meal here."
